Prices include the defined CRM configuration and ongoing service, not a website build or unlimited campaign management. Phone numbers, SMS, calls, email sending, AI, A2P/10DLC registration, premium workflow actions and third-party integrations may incur additional charges. Final inclusions, terms and usage rates are confirmed in your proposal. All prices are starting points; final project scope, deliverables, setup or ongoing charges, and third-party costs are defined in a written proposal. No specific marketing result is guaranteed.
A clearer picture. Monthly service and one-time setup are separate. SMS, phone, email, AI and premium third-party usage can incur additional fees. We confirm the applicable rates and support scope before launch.
Off-the-shelf CRM pricing buys access to software. Our plans also include a defined implementation: connecting the lead sources, organizing the pipeline, and setting up the follow-up your team can actually use.
We configure the agreed account, contacts, pipeline, calendar, forms and included workflows. Onboarding and import scope depend on the plan you choose.
Your team can respond through a shared inbox and use the agreed reminders, tasks and nurturing steps without juggling disconnected spreadsheets.
Platform support is included, with workflow reviews and hands-on optimization in higher tiers. Major new campaigns and system rebuilds are scoped separately.
We separate the work of building your system from the recurring fee to use and maintain it. Your proposal explains recurring platform and support costs, usage rates, messaging prerequisites, and any additional service you request.
Plan your CRM setup$750 for Essentials, $1,500 for CRM + Automations, or $2,500+ for Managed CRM. This pays for the initial scoped configuration, imports, forms, calendar, workflows and training.
$249, $399 or $699 per month, based on your service level. Each tier specifies its workflow count, included support, and whether it includes monthly system review and optimization.
Phone numbers, call minutes, SMS segments, email sending, A2P/10DLC registration, premium actions, AI and connected apps may have provider charges. Consent, verification and approved sending are required where applicable.
Large database migration, complex API connections, new websites, mass email production, paid advertising, long nurturing programs and extra workflows are not silently added to the monthly price.
An empty CRM does not create a follow-up process. We configure your business pipeline, the forms and calendars people actually use, and the reminders or automations that keep conversations moving. Our plans distinguish one-time implementation from ongoing service and make clear how many active workflows you are buying.
Connect inquiry forms, contacts, calendars and opportunities, with ownership and stages your team understands.
Build useful email, SMS and task workflows for inquiries, missed calls, bookings and later follow-up, within the selected plan.
Keep workflows monitored, review useful metrics and improve the process as your business changes, according to the monthly plan scope.
Start with one service or connect the right pieces when the time is right.
We confirm what is included, what is optional, and how the engagement works before you commit.
CRM Essentials is $249/month plus $750 one-time setup. CRM + Automations is $399/month plus $1,500 setup. Managed CRM is $699/month plus setup starting at $2,500. The setup covers the initial implementation scope; monthly fees cover ongoing platform access and the service listed in your plan.
The one-time implementation covers configuration, a defined contact import, forms, calendars, pipelines, workflows and onboarding. The ongoing monthly amount covers the CRM service, platform access and support/reviews specified for that tier. New systems or major campaigns after launch are separately quoted.
Essentials includes up to two standard active workflows, CRM + Automations includes up to five custom active workflows in total, and Managed CRM includes up to ten in total. Workflow counts are total active workflows, not additional workflows every month. Complexity and any premium workflow actions are scoped before implementation.
No. Phone numbers, call minutes, text-message segments, email sending, premium workflow actions, AI and third-party usage may be billed separately. We explain the applicable rates and anticipated usage in the proposal so the monthly service fee is not mistaken for unlimited messaging.
We can guide setup for compliant business texting. Carrier registration, vetting and recurring campaign fees, where required, are additional. Approval depends on carrier requirements, your business details, messaging consent and other verification; it is not guaranteed.
Yes. Each plan includes the defined lead form connection, and we can scope extra forms, calendar embedding and integrations. A new website, complex APIs, e-commerce or IDX integrations are separate projects.
Plans include the templates and specific follow-up sequences listed. Ongoing newsletter creation, campaign content production, bulk list cleanup and a large 52-email nurture program are not included unless quoted separately.
Yes. A clean CSV import is included in Essentials. Contact access, exports, account transfer options and cancellation terms are explained in your agreement; some platform-linked assets, phone numbers or integrations may need separate transfer or reconfiguration.
Yes. All plans include routine platform support. CRM + Automations adds a monthly workflow health review; Managed CRM adds a monthly 30-minute strategy review, one minor existing-workflow optimization per month and priority support. New builds, campaign management and extensive modifications are outside basic support.
Yes. Upgrades can add more workflow and management scope, with any one-time implementation work quoted before it begins. Downgrades, minimum terms and cancellation are governed by the written agreement.
No. Direct CRM subscriptions generally provide the software and support resources. Tide & Type packages include specified configuration, onboarding and ongoing service. Prices are not directly comparable unless setup, workflow build-out and ongoing support are considered.
No. A well-designed follow-up process can help your team respond consistently, but results depend on lead quality, your sales process, platform delivery and the way your team uses the system.
